Roger H. Hoole
The Diversity Foundation and Ultradent Products, Inc.
Roger H. Hoole is a Managing Member of Hoole & King, L.C., a five attorney law firm in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was admitted to practice law in October 1987. He has a Martindale-Hubbell rating of “AV.” For many years, Mr. Hoole has concentrated his law practice on settling and trying civil lawsuits for individuals. His litigation focuses on employment, civil rights, discrimination, sexual harassment, personal injury and wrongful death cases. Since September 2004, he has represented the “Lost Boys” and others in civil cases involving the FLDS Church and Warren Jeffs. He is currently President of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association and is past President of the Utah Employment Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the National Employment Lawyer Association. In 2004 he was appointed to serve as a member of the Utah State Courts Career Service Review Board. He received his B.A. from the University of Utah and his J.D. from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Hoole spends his free time with his wife and their children. He enjoys skiing and hiking in the Wasatch Mountains, reading, writing, traveling with his family, and organizational carpentry.
